Operativo Studio is an automation studio registered in Wyoming, United States. You can contact us at hello@operativo.studio.
2. What data we collect
We collect the minimum needed to operate the service and respond to your inquiries:

3. Why we use the data
- To deliver the contracted services and the automated systems.
- To process payments and issue invoices via Stripe.
- To respond to your inquiries and messages.
- To comply with legal and tax obligations.
- To improve the site (aggregated analytics, no cross-site tracking).
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share what is strictly necessary with:
- Infrastructure providers: Hostinger (hosting), Stripe (payments), Zoho (corporate email).
- Authorities: when required by law or valid request.
All providers we work with sign data processing agreements (DPAs) when applicable.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We only use strictly necessary cookies (session, preferred language). We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you have some or all of these rights:
- Access: know what data we hold about you.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured format.
- Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Withdraw consent: at any time, without retroactive effect.

7. International transfers
Operativo Studio operates from the United States. Some providers (Stripe, Hostinger) may process data in other regions. We ensure adequate safeguards (EU standard contractual clauses or equivalent).
8. Data retention
- Billing data: 7 years (tax obligation).
- Communications: 2 years from last interaction.
- Usage data: maximum 12 months in aggregated form.
9. Security
We apply reasonable measures: forced HTTPS, passwords stored in 1Password, single-factor authentication, two-factor authentication on critical accounts. No system is 100% secure; if you detect a vulnerability, write to hello@operativo.studio.
10. Changes to this policy
If we modify this policy in a material way, we will notify you by email if you are a customer. The current version will always be on this page.
11. Applicable legal framework
We comply with:
- GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation, European Union).
- CCPA / CPRA (California Consumer Privacy Act).
- LFPDPPP (Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data).
- Law 1581 of 2012 (Colombia, when applicable).
