By engaging Operativo Studio (an automation studio registered in Wyoming, USA), you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not engage or use the services.
We offer three modalities:
The exact scope of each engagement is defined in the commercial proposal signed before kickoff.
By default, everything we build for you is yours from the first full payment. We work open source by default; you receive source code, repositories, and credentials. We reserve the right to reuse generic components (utilities, third-party integrations) that do not contain your business logic.
Both parties sign a mutual NDA before sharing sensitive material. The confidentiality obligation survives termination of the contract for 3 years.
We deliver the services with reasonable professional diligence. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (revenue, conversions, savings) unless expressly defined in the proposal.
Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss caused by the client or by third parties outside our reasonable control.
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate the service if:
Whenever possible, we will notify you 7 days in advance.
If we modify these terms in a material way, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date implies acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Cheyenne, Wyoming, unless a consumer protection law of your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
